Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to join our team. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring the highest standards of service. Additionally, you will play an active role in performing beauty treatments on clients, delivering an exceptional client experience, and maintaining the salon’s reputation for quality service. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and lead a team, providing support, guidance and motivation.
• Perform a variety of beauty treatments on clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and salon
performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional polite
manner.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and ensure all health and safety standards are met.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring equipment is
well-maintained.
• Organize salon operations and ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
• Monitor sales, set targets, and implement promotions to achieve business goals.
• Assist with hiring, training, and motivating new team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, services, and industry best
practices.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a beauty salon manager or in a similar management role within the beauty industry. If not, a keen passion and drive for learning is essential, with the ability to efficiently and quickly learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A passion for beauty services, customer care, and team development.
• Ability to perform a variety of beauty treatments (nails, facials, massage, and
other beauty services) with a high level of skill.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of salon operations, sales, and inventory management.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of current beauty trends and treatments.
