Where possible we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or adjust an appointment, so that this gives us the opportunity to fill the slot.

We understand plans change and commitments come up and can not always be helped but last minute cancelled appointments really effect our business and they have an overall big impact over the course of the year.

Please be aware of our 24 hour cancellation policy when booking an appointment.

In the event your appointment needs to be cancelled or moved to a different day or appointment time, if less than 24 hours notice is given there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

This shall also apply for any missed appointments.
